The company is now able to offer its customers the Jansen Economy 50 system in two stainless steel grades, as well as a range of other cost effective products to suit a large variety of applications.

The exclusive distributor of Jansen’s Architectural Systems, Special Shaped Steel Profiles and Tube in the UK and Ireland, Hub Le Bas, has a well-established reputation for stocking the widest selection of Jansen’s extensive steel and stainless steel products. These are specially engineered for the manufacture of doors, windows, curtain walling and façade systems, and come with Jansen’s assurance of elegance, world-class quality, long service life and simple fabrication. With fire rated and thermally insulated options available to suit customers’ requirements, Hub Le Bas can also provide a range of technical and design support services delivered by their in-house specialist technical team.

Responding to customer requirements and the changes in market demand, the company is now able to offer the popular Jansen Economy 50 system in both stainless material grades 1.4404 (AISI 316L) and 1.4307 (AISI 304L). The system is ideal not only for architectural applications, but also for industrial use and where strict hygiene requirements are necessary.

All the above Jansen special shaped steel profiles allow the user to save considerably on fabrication costs and better differentiate their product from the competition. A selection of small profiles is readily available for purposes such as coach building or machine guarding, and tooling with relatively short lead times is also offered for other shapes. In-house tool construction facilities at Jansen also allow for the production of individual complex shapes to a high dimensional accuracy in quantities from only a few hundred metres to thousands of metres to suit the customers’ specific needs.

Alongside the Jansen range, Hub Le Bas are now also able to supply a large selection of other cost effective products, aimed at the more price sensitive end of the market. Complementing their traditional offering, the company are keen to enhance customer choice and add extra flexibility to its product portfolio. The new lines just in include special shaped tubes and closed profiles, special shaped open profiles, steel sections of special geometry, and standard steel sections (angles, U sections, open tubes, omegas & zeds). These are ideal for the manufacture of machine guards, balustrades, fencing/gates, roller shutters, safety barriers, shelving, coach-building, furniture, enclosures and many other metal fabrication.
