Caparo Steel Products, the largest steel conversion business in the United Kingdom, is set to make an impressive appearance at one of the most important European industry shows – the forthcoming Düsseldorf Tube and Wire Fair. Caparo Wire is a world class producer of wires for use in applications such as bedding/seating springs, fastener manufacture, baling products, rope manufacture and other industrial and specialised applications. It produces almost 60,000 tonnes of high quality wire annually with all products guaranteed to meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001: 2000 and BS EN ISO 14001: 2004. Operating from three production sites in the United Kingdom, the company’s product range includes wires from 1.0mm up to 25.0mm in both plain carbon and alloy steel grades, available in a wide range of heat-treated conditions.
