Size range: All sizes from 1.25mm to 4.75mm
Tolerance: To customer specification
Tensile ranges: Normally 200 N/mm2 but to customer needs Typical tensile strength 1570/1770 N/mm2 for Bonnel and helical, 1800/2000 N/mm2 for Pocket, or to customers own standards
Coatings: Phosphated and stearate drawn. Copper Washed and stearate drawn. Oil spraying available as required
Packaging: Up to 1400 kgs, pattern layed onto cardboard centres ID=380mm, OD=395mm, L=900mm. Wrapped in shrink wrap plastic for extra protection.
Formers: - up to 1400 kgs, Reels and z2 packages.
Suitable for use on: Pocket; LFK; Bonnel-FTA's; Fides; Miracoil machines
